The PAS foil lagoon is easy to install and can be used beautifully in the landscape. With the right foils, depending on the type of fertilizer to be stored, such a basin will last more than 20 years! A manure basin is an ideal and relatively inexpensive solution for the storage of a lot of manure. A manure basin can be constructed in any size and dimensions.

A manure basin is suitable for manure, sludge and other liquids. We supply the water basin especially for industry.

Dimensions and possibilities

A manure basin is an easy solution for a lot of storage. Easy to fit into the landscape and can be made in almost any size. The basin is calculated on the basis of the groundwater level. Deeper than the groundwater is not possible. The basin can be constructed up to thousands of cubic meters, possibly outside the building block.

A PAS manure basin is a relatively inexpensive solution for the storage of (slurry) manure. This is also a perfect solution for fermentation installations.

Assembly

An excavator digs the basin and erects the embankments in accordance with the construction drawings. In principle, all excavated soil is used for the embankments. From the center of the basin, a 200 mm fill / take-off pipe is installed to the outside of the basin. The take-off station, the spill pit and the main shut-off valve are installed here. After the plumbing, the slope will be closed again.

Before the foils are mounted, drainage will be laid at the bottom of the basin, connected to a measuring well.

Using two cranes, the foils are pulled one by one along the slope into the basin. Possibly with a PTO mixer through the slope on the bottom foil.

With some manpower, the foil is placed in the keel spit and secured. The air vents, mixing hatches and edge vents are then placed in the top foil. The whole is protected with slope protection to prevent weeds and vermin
